A sad incident took place on a street of Islamabad where an arrogant (suspectedly drunk too) hit a poor woman in the head and escaped. However, Eyewitness of the scene took a small video of the man before he escaped. The man was in a card identified as “ABZ 455 White Mehran” which is registered on the name of Tariq Ali.
