Earlier last Friday, on August 14, Bryce Hall had celebrated his 21st birthday by arranging a massive party in his house which was a violation of public health orders aimed at slowing the spread of the novel coronavirus. In the result, Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti ordered the power cut in the house.
Social media users were also criticising Bryce for the massive gathering at his party.
