On December 6, 2021, Twitter was flooded with rumours that Cloakzy leaked the Caldera map and many other things related to the map on Reddit.

A Twitter user wrote “Speculation is some ppl are gonna get to play caldera a day early but who knows… they say cloak leaked it on reddit but I can’t find it?”

“You got a link to the leak? screenshot?,” added another user.

One person wrote: “@cloakzy heard you leaked something 👀 Will be watching tomorrow.”

Another Twitter user made a similar claim and wrote: “Enjoy the early access to caldera @timthetatman @drdisrespect and whoever else. Shame they won’t let y’all stream it. Hopefully you’ll be in the event scenes 😉 I didn’t leak anything I promise.”

Meanwhile, similar posts are appearing on Reddit as well.

A Reddit post reads: “So who has the link to whatever Cloakzy leaked today.”

The answer to the question was given by another user which reads “Pretty sure its cod related, tim fully expected zlaner and swagg to be part of it too, so seems like its something with that, maybe extra early gameplay for them?”

Another Reddit user claimed that Cloakzy leaked the stuff related to Caldera map.

Conclusion: After looking at all the posts on Twitter and Reddit, talking about Cloakzy leaked stuff, we can assume that these are just rumours and nothing has been leaked by Cloakzy yet.

Also, Cloakzy hasn’t made any comment following the rumours of him leaking Caldera map or anything related to Warzone Pacific

How To Play ‘Warzone: Pacific’ And The New Caldera Map A Day Early (on August 8)

The ‘Last Hours Of Verdansk’ special event kicks off in Warzone today at 1pm ET / 10am PTThis is the epic conclusion to the battle royale map, which will exist for just two more days before making way for Caldera on December 9, 2021.

Caldera isn’t just a new map, either. Warzone is being totally overhauled. Planes will open up the skies to dogfighting. A WWII theme will give the game an entirely new look, especially with the new more vibrant setting. And the move to the Vanguard engine will change the feel of movement and gunplay, though it remains to be seen just how much of a difference it will be.

All of this has led to a major rebranding as well. The game is now called Warzone: Pacific rather than just Warzone.

The Last Hours Of Verdansk ends at midnight ET / 9pm PT tomorrow at which point the Pacific update will begin. But Warzone: Pacific and the Caldera map won’t come out until Thursday, December 9th.

If you want to play the game a day early, on December 8th, you’ll need to purchase Call Of Duty: Vanguard. Vanguard players get 24 hours of exclusive access to the new map and the Warzone: Pacific experience. It’s not long to wait for free-to-play players, of course.

Other cool things coming to the new map and experience:

  1. The new Gulag sounds neat. If you win, you return to the map with the gear you used to win in the Gulag—including however much ammo you have left.
  2. Ricochet Anti-Cheat will hopefully make the entire experience on PC much less frustrating by stopping cheaters and hackers from ruining everyone else’s fun.
  3. Lots of changes to everything from gas masks to loadouts, plus shallow water you can traverse (though not swim in).
  4. Season 1 will link up Vanguard and Warzone with cross-progression for leveling and the Battle Pass and both games will see new playlists and other content updates.

Here’s the Caldera trailer, which is pretty funny. Basically a travel video with some pretty hilarious disclaimers at the end:
