Safes are often the best place to get gold in the game because they hold more than 100 gold bars. These are hard to find, but you can find them in locked vaults.

There are several places on the island where you can find upgrade stations. To improve weapons, they need gold. Players can level up a Common weapon with many gold bars to the Legendary rarity.
