Most of these cosmetics, though, cost money. When the Item Shop does have free items, they are almost never skins.

Chapter 4, Season 1 hasn’t brought any changes to Epic Games. But there are a few free skins that are no longer available. During WinterFest 2022, which took place in December 2018, players could open gifts to get two skins.

This is how you could get Arctic Adeline and Sled Ready Guff. But there are still two more skins to choose from. The Jun-Hwan skin is free with the PlayStation Plus pack. Unfortunately, only people with a PlayStation can play this, so it is not very popular.

But there is one more free skin that everyone can get right now. The Xander skin is a reward from the Refer-A-Friend program. To get free rewards, players must play games with other people. There are a lot of good rewards, but one of the best is the free Xander skin.

These are the only free skins you can get in Fortnite Chapter 4, Season 1. There are, however, other skins that can be bought for very little money.

You can now get free Battle Pass skins in Fortnite Season 4, Chapter 4.

Even though the Battle Pass is not technically free, it comes with several skins and other cosmetic items that can be unlocked without buying anything else. It costs 950 V-Bucks or a Crew Pack subscription to get, but the skins will be available after that.

At different points in the pass, you can get the following skins:

    • Selene\sLunarios\sMoonglow Selene\sMassai
    • Air Walker Massai
    • Astro Armor Doom Slayer Doom Slayer Astro Armor
    • Dusty Nezumi and Dusty Boneyard
    • Exile Nezumi
    • Helsie\sBobarista Helsie The Ageless
    • Geralt of Rivia, the Champion for All Time

Players only need to level up to get these skins. They aren’t free, but you can get them for 950 V-Bucks, which is about 100 V-Bucks per Fortnite skin, which is a much lower price than usual.

Leveling up will happen independently, but there are ways to speed up the process and get more rewards. Try doing storyline quests since there are many of them, and they all give good amounts of XP.

There is now a time limit on weekly challenges, but they are still a great way to level up quickly. Try to do all three daily Fortnite challenges as soon as they come out.

This simple way to get a lot of XP in one day will let you quickly get all the skins listed above.
