The new Mythic item is incredible, but it will only be in the game for a short time. The first Fortnitemares 2022 teaser also hinted at this item. Many players thought that Epic Games was teasing wolf skin, but it turned out that the bully was all about Fortnite Howler Claw.
This article explains how to Dance on an Alteration Altar and get the new Mythic item. This challenge isn’t too hard, but you have to do it to get your free Fortnitemares 2022 rewards.

You will get Fortnite Howler Claws after you dance on an Alteration Altar.
You have to finish 25 quests to get all of the free Fortnitemares 2022 rewards. The first two quests for the v22.20 update came out on the first day. Both of them require you to dance on an Alteration Altar.
Both quests give 15,000 XP, and the new investigations in the series will be released on Wednesday, October 19. Most likely, Epic Games will add two quests every day. This means that you will be able to get free cosmetics and thousands of XP every day.
1) Get on the Battle Bus and choose where you want to land.
Alteration Altars are found at the branches and trunk of the Reality Tree. The first step to finishing the challenge and getting the Howler Claws is choosing a place and landing on an altar.
As shown in the picture above, altars can be found in many places. The Reality Tree changed all these places during Chapter 3, Season 3, which will be necessary during the Fortnitemares 2022 event.
2) Go to the Altar of Change and dance.
To do a ritual, you must press the emote button as soon as you land on the Alteration Altar. You must dance for eight seconds to turn into a wolf and get Howler Claws.
You can hurt enemies and keep track of them with the Mythic item. Remember, though, that tracking has a cooldown, so you won’t always be able to use it.
It will help if you hit an enemy while Wolfscent is active to finish the second Fortnitemares 2022 quest. This is easy to do because many players will land on altars.
But this also means you must be careful when you do the ritual. If there are too many enemies around, they can quickly kill you before you turn into a wolf. 3) Be aware of your enemies.
