Dayton shooting killed 9 people

A mass shooting in Dayton, Ohio left 9 people dead and 27 injured. The shooting happened at a nightlife area in the Oregon District of Dayton Ohio. Police said the suspect in the shooting is also dead while encountering with security forces. The Dayton Police have also confirmed the identity of the shooter involved in the Dayton shooting massacre. His name was Connor Betts and age was 24 years old. One of the victims in Ohio Shooting massacre was Connor’s sister.

This is the second deadly incident in the last 24 hours as early in the morning a man Killed 20 people in a mass shooting at a shopping centre in El Paso, Texas.

Dayton Police Cheif Richard Biehl told the media that one of his police officers shot the suspect when he was going to enter in the Bar. The shooter’s gun had 100-round drum magazine. The Ak-47 style gun He used in the Shooting at Dayton was ordered online from Texas and later on, it was delivered to the owner in Ohio.

The police Cheif also included that police officers neutralized the threats within 30 seconds since the shooting began. Richard Beihl said the suspect Connor Betts has no serious criminal record, but he has few traffic violations like over speeding and failure to control.

A witness at Ohio shooting scene told media “there were not any savings, however, I tried to help the victims”.

US President Donald Trump said in his Tweet that he has authorized the lowering of flags to half-staff at all Federal government buildings in honour of the victims of El Paso shooting and Ohio shooting tragedies.

While Talking to Media US President Donald Trump also said “I want to extend our condolences to the people of El Paso, taxes and Dayton, Ohio. They are incredible people and they have been through a lot”.

Vice president Mike Pence also shown grief over the sad incidents of shooting in Ohio and El Paso, Texas.
