A video emerged on social media which shows a retired army officer misbehaving and threatening police constable after the constable tried to stop him during the lockdown of Coronavirus outbreak.
“I will keep you in Malir Cantt for two months’.- Retired officer told constable at 3 Talwar Karachi.”
Other police officer recorded the video and number plate (Black PRADO number BC-9449) and shared on social media to seek help and action from concern authorities.
