Tuition
As in any game in the saga, there are different classes very well-differentiated:
- Barbarian: the kind of melee damage par excellence. He has a lot of damage in the area and can help the group with several interesting buffs through his screams.
- Magician: the classic crystal cannon. You’re going to do massive damage with spells, but placement will be key so you don’t get volatilized. It is the pure DPS with better mobility thanks to teleportation.
- Demon Hunter: The best kind of DPS in the game if you’re looking for damage to a single target. It is the perfect class for those looking to grind solo, although you should know that its movement is worse compared to that of the magician.
- Monk: a very complicated class to play but that has some really colorful combinations. If you’re looking for a class to put hours into, the monk is perfect.
- Crusader: the best tank class in the game that also has fantastic mobility thanks to the skill of the horse. Required in any group for dungeons.
- Necromancer: Although in Diablo Immortal he is more focused on being supported, he is still really useful. It features decent damage and a good handful of summons to help you in combat.
Objects
If you have already played a game in the franchise, this will not catch you by surprise, but the objects are separated into different rarities:
- White (common).
- Blue (Uncommon).
- Yellow (epic).
- Orange (legendary).
As you can imagine, what interests you is to end up having all your legendary equipment, because from the Uncommon rarity the objects give you different improvements to your attributes and some skills.
The last thing you should know is that there is equipment that forms sets, which will give you extra bonus if you put together 3 or 6 pieces of the same set.
Statistics
The game has two types of attributes: primary and secondary.
PRIMARY
- Strength
- Intelligence
- Integrity
- Vitality
- Will
SIDE
- Combat Index
- Defense Index
- Armor
- Penetration
- Power
- Resistance
To summarize, depending on the class you play, you will be interested in one primary attribute or another (the magician, for example, uses intelligence, while the barbarian is interested in having strength and vitality). The better stats you have, the higher your combat index and defense index will rise, which will give you a clue as to how strong your character is.
Blacksmith
Another important section is the blacksmith, in which you can turn all the backpack equipment you get into improvement parts. With these parts, you will be able to improve your team, and you should do it as soon as you have yellow or orange equipment.
The explanation is simple: by recycling the objects you have improved you will recover 100% of your investment, so do not be afraid to use your improvement parts to glue and endure more.
Gems
Gems are one of the most important aspects of the game, and they will become your obsession as you progress through the game. There are two types of gems: the normal ones (which basically give you improvements to your attributes and damage) and the legendary ones (the most important ones for the endgame).
Of the normal ones, we have little to tell you, but of the legendary ones, there is the fabric to cut. They can get with the Battle Pass, forging them with runes or in some cracks, and they have levels, ranging from 1 star to 5 stars, the latter being the most interesting.
Legendary gems are important because they give new capabilities to your character, so be very attentive to when you get one because you will need them in order to increase your efficiency as soon as you reach the last stages of the game.
Amulets
Amulets are another really interesting piece of equipment, and that is that they will improve your skills by leveling them up. This means that you will have to look for specific amulets that improve the skills you have included in your rotation.
Battle Pass
As we already suspected, the fact that it is a game focused on the mobile audience has brought with it a Battle Pass, although it is not all bad news. There is a part of the pass that you can get for free, although the “chicha”, as you can imagine, comes with the paid pass.
If you plan to spend hours on the game, you will most likely be interested in getting the pass. It is not excessively expensive and gives MANY rewards and materials that you will want to use.
Of course, we have a VERY IMPORTANT notice. Save the rewards of the Pass without claiming until you have reached a high level, in order to make the most of your progression (we have learned this the hard way, so here is the experience).
Infernal Reliquary
The last section of this introductory guide is the Infernal Reliquary, which you’ll unlock at level 41. Basically, this will unlock a good handful of missions and daily challenges with which you will get a lot of resources.
You are interested in taking it out AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, so as soon as you reach level 41 do the relevant mission to unlock it and start doing daily.
