Popular TikTok star Galvancillo appears to have been hacked as inappropriate photos and videos of women were posted to his Instagram story.
The online world was shaken when TikTok star, model, and musician Galvancillo had his Instagram account seemingly hacked on April 6th, resulting in a series of adult photos and videos being posted to his Instagram story. With 1.2 million followers on Instagram and nearly 770,000 followers on TikTok, the news of the alleged hacking spread quickly.
Galvancillo, who is of Puerto Rican and Mexican descent but was raised in the US, gained popularity by posting lip-syncing videos on TikTok. Born on April 4, 1999, the 22-year-old often shares content featuring his girlfriend Gia, with whom he enjoys a large and devoted fan base.
As word of the alleged hacking circulated, some content was removed from his account, though several inappropriate posts remained visible to the public. Meanwhile, a video of Galvancillo and Gia reacting to the hacking incident in real-time has gone viral on TikTok. The footage, captured during a live stream, shows Galvancillo reading a comment from a viewer about the leaked content before he and Gia check her phone to see what has been posted.
Upon seeing the NSFW content on his Instagram story, Galvancillo appears visibly shocked and gasps. While the incident has generated significant attention, the motivation behind the alleged hacking remains unclear.
Fans of the influencer have expressed their support and sympathy in the wake of the incident, hoping that the situation will be resolved quickly and that Galvancillo’s online reputation will not be permanently tarnished.
