She added in the caption of the video:

Looking at the Instagram profile of the white man whom Keke kissed at Hookah bar, he comes by the name of “Styn” and has the Instagram account with the name of “itstheboii”.
Styn’s profile claims that he is an artist/Musician. He has also a YouTube channel with the name of “Mae Seven” and has few hundred subscribers where he is sharing the video of him playing musical instruments.
It’s not clear how long Keke Palmer has been with Styn, but he shared a video of him and Keke Palmer together last month.
He has also shared a snapshot hanging out with her and her friends.
