She added in the caption of the video:

Styn’s profile claims that he is an artist/Musician. He has also a YouTube channel with the name of “Mae Seven” and has few hundred subscribers where he is sharing the video of him playing musical instruments.
It’s not clear how long Keke Palmer has been with Styn, but he shared a video of him and Keke Palmer together last month.
