The Roller Champions will be available for free to play on the release date, and will cost the same as the battle pass. Ubisoft has provided information regarding the cost of the battle pass and the many rewards that can be earned, and the release date for the free-to-play version of Roller Champions is drawing ever closer.
Since it was first introduced all the way back at E3 2019, you can imagine how much time has passed since then. The good news is that it will finally arrive tomorrow, which means that you and your buddies will have the opportunity to engage in some exciting ring skating action.
You’ll compete against other teams in a format known as 3v3, during which you’ll try to win by dodging, diving, and passing the ball to your teammates.
WHEN WILL ROLLER CHAMPIONS BE AVAILABLE TO BUY?
The 25th of May has been set as the release date for when Roller Champions will be available.
This information has been validated by Ubisoft. It will be available on the PS4 and PS5, Xbox One and Series X/S, and PC (through Ubisoft Connect) when it launches.
There are currently discussions on regarding the potential launch of the game for Nintendo Switch at a later time. There has been no mention made regarding Steam, although there are plans for the Epic Games store and Google Stadia for personal computers.
Price and rewards for completing battle passes
The initial combat pass for Roller Champions will cost 500 wheels, which is equivalent to $5, and will include 30 of theirs.
According to the patch notes provided by Ubisoft, this is only applicable to the initial battle pass; subsequent battle passes will be more expensive and have 100 tiers. Although not all of the rewards have been detailed just yet, Ubisoft has confirmed that there will be both free and paid stuff.
